The BBQ Committee extends a heartfelt thank you to all those who attended the Community BBQ last Sunday evening, to enjoy a hamburger or hotdog, a cold drink and lots of great conversation and fellowship.
We estimate that we welcomed more than 70 people to the event. Those present, generously contributed 16 bags of non-perishable food items and $395.00 in cash.
The food items and cash will be divided between Acton Foodshare and Georgetown Breadbasket.
