Annual General Meeting - Thursday February 12th, 2015
6 pm pot luck supper followed by 7 p.m. business meeting in church basement.

Written and financial reports must be submitted to Betty Anne Karn, Church Secretary, on or before, January 25th, 2015.
This time line allows time for reports to be compiled for distribution on February 1st, 2015 .
Reports are required from  Session, Church Treasurer , Board of Managers, Trustees, Building Fund and W.A.

Financial Records to be submitted to Examiners on or before January 25th, 2015.
