ANNOUNCEMENTS

We welcome you, our Church family, to worship this morning. May God continue to bless us here at Limehouse.

154th Anniversary Service September 27th at 11:00 a.m.
Rev. Sean Foster will lead us in worship.
Rev. Foster was our interim moderator for a short time during the vacancy following Rev. Cooper's retirement. Please join us!

Please mark your calendars NOW – On Sunday, October 25th, the five Presbyterian congregations of Halton Hills will be gathering for a single service of worship!  We will be gathering at Knox, Acton, at 11:00, with worship led by all four ministers – Rev Steve, Rev Todd Nelson (Acton), Rev. John Read (Norval) and Rev. Brian Fox (Union).

The Limehouse congregation currently plans to worship at 9:30 as usual for those who prefer that time, but worship will only be about 40 minutes long, as Rev. Steve will be off to the joint service when worship is over.

Church Financial Update
At the last session meeting I reported on a budget projection which indicates that we will be lucky to break even at the end of the year.  The equal billing fuel payments are going up by $60 a month (or a 24% increase) and the reconciliation in July was over $500, much higher than past years.  At the present the building fund does not need any extra money, so please direct all of your weekly donations to Church funds so we have a chance of having a surplus at the end of the year.

Monthly Expenses (2015) Estimated Monthly Expenses (2016)
Stipend                             $1592                               $1670
Fuel                                 $310                                $310
Hydro                               $130                                $140
Organist                            $200                                $200
Presbyterian’s Sharing         $84                                  $84
Presbytery of Brampton       $44                                  $45
Cong. Rates                       $210                                $220
Insurance                          $281                                $290
Total                                $2851                              $2959

Weekly Collections              $713                                $740 (four-week month)

Assuming that the revenue for Anniversary Sunday, Pig roast and Holiday market is $2500, this would reduce the monthly collection goal to approximately $663 for 2015 and $690 for 2016.
