·         Offering - If you have an envelope or loose offering, please put it on the plate on the back table.  Please also remember our Toonie Jar by which we support local food banks. Food bank donations via our Toonie Jar are down substantially this year to date. We are hoping to make up for this decrease in November and December.  Although prices are going up everywhere, this only makes life more difficult for those who rely on food banks.  Please consider helping us to increase donations these last two months so we can provide our usual support for this important community effort.

·         Prayers for this Week

·         - For those crying out for help and afraid that no one is listening

·         - For those who put themselves forward to be the arms, hands, and feet of Jesus in this world

·         - For those who are hoping for a complete change in their lives in this new year

·         - For those who are afraid that 2023 will just be more of the same old thing

·         -Thanks, as always, to everyone for your continued support of the work and ministry of our congregations!

Limehouse Church Christmas Eve and Christmas Day cancellations

Dear Friends,

Unfortunately, with the recent extreme weather system that has passed through Halton Hills,  we will be forced to cancel both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day services at Limehouse.

The parking lot and driveway at the church is covered in ice, making it extremely treacherous for people to come and go.

Hopefully the conditions will improved by next week, and we will be able to gather and celebrate New Year’s Sunday  January 1st, 2023 at our regular time of 9:30 am.

Reverend Boose and members of Limehouse Presbyterian  Church Session  join together to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year during 2023.

In Christ,

Ted Brown, Clerk, Kirk Session,

Limehouse Presbyterian  Church

Inclement weather event coming in.

Hello everyone-

I’m sending out the weekly bulletin  for this weekend’s activities at Limehouse Presbyterian Church, but Rev Steve and I have been discussing the incoming severe weather that is being forecast.

The dates and times are printed below, but in the event the severe  weather arrives, I will keep everyone apprised of whether we will be holding any services or not.

The minute we make a firm decision, I will send out a message on this email, and the Church website http://limehousepresbyterianchurch.blogspot.com/

Sincerely, Ted Brown, Clerk of Session
