CALL TO WORSHIP:  (Responsive)
L:       Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord;
P:      Let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
L:       Let us come before him with thanksgiving
P:      And extol him with music and song.
L:       For the Lord is the great God,
P:      The great King above all gods.
L:       In his hand are the depths of the earth,
P:      And the mountain peaks belong to him.
L:       The sea is his, for he made it,
P:      And his hands formed the dry land.

Harvest Harmony - Saturday  -  October 29, 2016,  7 p.m.
Please join with us - as we enjoy musical selections from various artists. Following this harvest of harmony, we will be serving dessert and beverages in the church basement where we will enjoy conversation with our neighbours and friends. The music begins at 7pm. Donations to our little Church on the hill gratefully accepted.

Holiday Market Friday December 2, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Knox Hall, Georgetown.
If you are able to donate homemade items, we thank you.
Once again, we will "rent" two tables for this event.   All proceeds to our church.

Treasurer – After many years of faithful and dedicated service Bill Sanford has decided to retire from being our Treasurer at the end of the calendar year.  While we have many who help with the financial side of things, we need someone to take on the title of “Treasurer”, and it would be good to have a period of transition and training.  If you are interested, please talk to Bill or any of the other elders about it.

We will not gather here  for worship at Limehouse, on Sunday October 30.
You are invited to attend a Joint Worship Service – The five congregations of Georgetown, Limehouse, Norval, Union and Acton are once again holding a joint service of worship!  This year, Knox Georgetown. will be hosting the service, which will take place on Sunday, October 30th, at 11:00 a.m.  A joint choir is being formed to present music for the day, and Rev. Bryan Fox, the stated supply preacher at Union, will be bringing the message for the day.  There will be a light luncheon to follow.
Let us gather together!

Regular worship will resume on Sunday November 6th at 9:30 a.m. as we celebrate Remembrance Sunday.
