_Our church will be celebrating Canada's 150th birthday with a strawberry social following morning worship on Sunday June 25th. Please plan to join us as we come together before our summer holiday.
Summer Holiday:
Our church will be closed July 2nd through July 30th.
We will return for worship on Sunday August 6th at 9:30 a.m.
Community Barbecue August 13th here at the church.
Hamburgers, cold drinks served 5 to 7 p.m.
Free will offering accepted to cover food costs.
Bring your own lawn chair and enjoy some time with our church and community friends.
On Saturday, June 24th, Knox Georgetown is hosting a Strawberry Social/Open Doors/Quilt Display, to celebrate Canada and Knox’s 150th Birthdays. From 10:00 to 1:00 pm. Please come, take a tour of the Church, and enjoy the day! Tickets are $5:00, and are available at the Knox office at (905) 877-7585
Bible Reading Group – Due to Rev. Steve’s baseball schedule, our Bible Reading Group will meet this coming Thursday, June 22nd instead of Wednesday. Rev. Steve will be in his office at 7:00 if you wish to come early, but we will officially start at 7:30.
Gleaners Trip – Our quarterly trip down to the Ontario Christian Gleaners will be on Thursday, June 29th. Please remember to be at the church no later than 7:00 a.m. so that we can arrive on-time in Cambridge. Please RSVP to Rev. Steve so that he knows how many vehicles we may need for the trip!
